  • Regular maintenance and servicing
  • Weekly prize restocking
  • 24/7 customer support

3.2 Party and Business Rentals

We provide rental services for events and businesses, including:

  • On-site delivery and setup
  • Customizable prize packages
  • Company branding options
  • Professional service throughout the rental period

4. Business Requirements

To qualify for our services, businesses must:

  • Be located in our service area (Washougal, Camas, Vancouver, Washington)
  • Have adequate space for machine placement
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers
  • Comply with all local regulations and permits

5. Liability and Insurance

TinyClaw.co maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all services provided. However, we are not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of equipment
  • Property damage not caused by our negligence
  • Lost or stolen prizes

6. Payment Terms

For rental services, payment is due upon booking confirmation. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
